Your question is quite difficult. It needs to calculate a damage dose for Mo in a mixt spectrum of SM. I am not specialist in this field unfortunately. 

I can give you only a value that 5.5x10(21) is about 0.85 dpa but for stainless steel in the SM reactor. 

Please use this estimation but with some big doubts.
